Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2016

March 24, 2016

BowlforKids (300x101)

Update: Bowl for Kid’s Sake/Metro-Milwaukee raised over $7,000 this year for Big Brothers Big Sisters — Fantastic!!!

This is the second year that Megan Strock, Building Efficiency has invited our members to participate — thanks Megan for continuing to keep us in the loop.

In case you missed it, the original notice is below. This really sounds like a great event to help make a difference. It’s tough to beat the great work that Big Brothers Big Sisters does in our community. Here’s hoping this event comes our way again.

BowlforKidsMapOH, this is a national event. They have a website Bowl for Kids’ Sake Website, that features the ability to search for an event across the U.S. How about that?

So, if you lived in one of those areas, you might be able to bowl for your local kids.

Or, maybe do some plotting with the Johnson Controls office in your area to see if you could get an event set up. How much better could it be? … bowling and  … raising some money for a great cause … while having fun with colleagues, past and present, from Johnson Controls …  sounds like a good time!

If you do get something going, please let us know … sharing your experience may just help another member succeed in their community.
