Where in the world is George Jacobi?

Today, George is probably somewhere in Milwaukee offering good advice to someone sharp enough to ask.

Back in February, 1929, George was with his parents and some friends standing in the middle of the Rhein River near Mannheim, Germany. That’s George in the center standing in front of his father with mom on their right.

From the number of other people in the photo, it appears this was a popular form of enjoying the outdoors, at least in February!
